We are working with the Athletics on a large, urban waterfront project in California, which will include a new, baseball-only stadium and an intensive mixed-use, high-density development. The redevelopment site is a container wharf at the Port of Oakland, in the Jack London square neighbourhood.
We worked with the team to develop innovative mitigations for challenging geotechnical site constraints as well as addressing potentially hazardous materials that may be encountered during underground construction at this industrial site.
