The Ramada Hotel at 254 Oteha Valley Road, Albany is a mixed-use commercial development completed in 2017 on a 4,800 m2 greenfields site. This development includes two, four storey (plus basement car parking) mixed use buildings comprising approximately 5,000 m2 of apartment / hotel units and roughly 1,500 m2 of retail shops. This development also includes approximately 2,000 m2 of basement car parking and a similar amount of ground level car parking.
ENGEO were engaged to undertake geotechnical investigation of the site and provide guidance regarding foundation design. We also designed a number of geogrid reinforced retaining walls and undertook inspection services during construction
