Hamish is an Engineering Geologist who has experience working in Australia, New Zealand, and USA. Hamish’s experience includes geotechnical site assessments, slope stability assessment and analysis, liquefaction analysis, rockfall assessment and modelling, earthworks testing and observation, and project management. His experience also includes the design of soil nail and rock anchors, temporary works, retaining walls and rockfall protection structures.

Outside of work you will find Hamish skiing, fly fishing, cooking, hiking, playing various sports, travelling, or working on his 1980’s Volkswagen Golf GTI. He also attempts to complete a bit of DIY and gardening if there is any time left in the day
